Despite our best efforts networks and the internet outages can occur for a variety of reasons. This is where to check our status if an outage does occur.
Planned server maintenance is when we know that the Live365 service is going to be restricted or impacted. There are also times when our servers or data centers may be impacted by unforeseen events such as weather or a national level outage. Live365 strives to be online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
Currently we have several channels to announce any service interruptions. Should an outage occur we will post notifications via the following outlets:
