Here is a Pictorial reference on how to FTP Files.
Why FTP? Some times it is more time efficient to FTP large batches of files in lieu of the web-based uploading tool.
In this example we are using a free application called FTP Commander, however, many ftp clients behave in the same manner.
1) Your station page displays the FTP information from Station Profile page (go to https://broadcaster.live365.com/ and then to "My Dashboard"
You can write down the information or keep this page open in a separate window.
2) Open your FTP Client.
3) Click on "Add Server"
4) Make sure your information from Live365 matches the server fields.
(Naming "live365" as the server name or your station name will assist in finding it rapidly)
5) Once you have saved the server information, you should see the Server (named "Live365" or your station name) in the connections available area.
6) Connect to your server and you should be able to move files from your Computer (left) to the Live365 server:
Please note: After moving the files, you would need to go back to your tracks section to amend the right media format (Talk, Music, Promo). Some metadata may also be missing, you will need to make sure all the fields are propagated as well.
If you do not see files that you had FTP'ed in, please make sure those files are in MP3 or M4A formats. Any other formats (WMV, OOG, ZIP) will be purged from the account.
