You can view your statements anytime. In addition to viewing your outstanding balances, you can view your previously processed transactions. Just follow these steps:
Step 1) Login to your Live365 Broadcaster.
Step 2) Click on the “Settings” tab in the Navigation Bar along the left side of the Live365 interface.
Step 3) Once you’ve clicked on it, the “Settings” tab will expand to reveal several other tabs. Click on the “Billings” tab.
Step 4) Navigate the Billing Pane.
View your outstanding balance at the top of the Billing Pane. You can update your payment information by click in the blue “Update Card Details” in the top right. Upgrade or downgrade your broadcast package by clicking on one of the “Modify Service” buttons. Read more about the other broadcast packages here. In the Services list, you will see all of your previously settled statements.
