When you sign up for Live365, you choose a broadcast package. Each broadcast package includes a limit to the total listening hours (TLH) available for your stream. You can view your current TLH usage and limit at the top of your Live365 Dashboard:
You will get a notification when you near the upper limit of your TLH, at which point you can choose to turn off your stream or be bumped up to the next broadcast package.
If you choose to be bumped up to the next package, your listeners will not experience any interruption in their streams. You will be charged a prorated amount depending on how far into the month you reached your TLH limit.
If you choose to turn off your stream to avoid going over your TLH, your listeners will be cut off immediately. You can turn your stream back on after the start of your next billing cycle.
Here are step-by-step instructions for turning off your stream:
Step 1) Login to your Live365 Broadcaster.
Step 2) In the Navigation Bar on the left, select the “Settings” tab.
Step 3) The “Settings” tab will expand. Now select the “Station Profile” tab
Step 4) In the Station Profile pane, scroll all the way to the bottom to locate the Station Status section.
Step 5) Set the toggle to the “no” position to turn off your stream. You will see a notification indicating that your steam has been successfully turned off. To turn your station back on, refresh the page and move the toggle back to the “yes” position.
