The Live365 Solutions Team is happy to schedule technical support sessions and phone calls in order to assist people with getting their accounts all setup. Live365 has a team of Product Consultants who each specialize in sales, on-boarding and technical issues.
Technical Support Sessions
To book a 30 minute tech support session, please go to https://calendly.com/live365-solutions and pick a time slot which works for you. This is how you'd go about coordinating a screen share session (TeamViewer) or working through technical issues via a phone call. You can also reach them directly by calling (833) 655-0365.
In order to prevent abuse of this support, tech support sessions for an account are limited to 3 sessions per 6 month cycle. Additional session requests can be added on as a charge to your monthly invoice. You get 3 sessions included with your montlhy subscription with us, as well as free support through the ticketing system.
Sales Inquiries and On-boarding Sessions
New and returning customers are welcome to call or setup an appointment with one of our Product Consultants who specialize in Sales.
